Education Delivery Models

Self-Learning

Continuous learning that lets students see what they have mastered and what they still need to develop, practicing at their own level and need. It includes content organized by grade, subject and lesson; practice and feedback through interactive questions and multiple attempts; and assessment and follow-up through customized tests and performance and achievement reports, with parent follow-up according to permissions.

Live Online Teaching

Live teaching and training with specialist teachers remotely, within programs, groups and schedules that fit the needs of the organization and its students. It includes structured sessions and packages; learning with the teacher through content, supporting questions and activities, and pre-, mid- or end-of-program assessment; and direct institutional management of teachers, groups and schedules, with follow-up on delivery, learning and results.

Blended Learning: Training Supported by a Teacher

This path combines independent student learning with live online teacher support, so sessions respond to what the practice reveals the student needs.

  • Learns and practices: self-paced content and practice in the target knowledge and skills.
  • Receives direct support: explanation, guidance and review with the teacher on priority topics.
  • Applies and progresses: follow-up practice, feedback and assessment that guide the next step.

School Integration

Inside the school, the teacher manages teaching through the "Hesaty" app; at home, the student continues learning and practicing through Taseese. The app lets the teacher prepare lessons and manage classes, students and attendance, as well as homework, tests, automatic grading, grades, behavior, reports and the achievement file. Teachers use student data to identify knowledge and skill gaps and to direct the session, activities, assignments and remediation.

From Identifying Needs to Tracking Mastery

The journey respects natural individual differences and links learning outcomes to content, activities, assessment and feedback.

  1. Measurement and diagnosis: determine the current level and the knowledge and skills that need support.
  2. Needs analysis: understand the nature of the knowledge and skill gaps and their priorities.
  3. Learning and practice: content, activities, and remediation and enrichment paths that match the level.
  4. Instructional intervention: teacher explanation and guidance according to the chosen model and plan.
  5. Follow-up and assessment: monitor achievement and mastery and adjust practice when needed.
  6. Re-measurement: read the change and define the next learning step.

Our Educational Programs

Improving Learning Outcomes and Closing Gaps

For students, groups and schools that need to strengthen mastery of knowledge and skills; the path starts from actual needs instead of repeating general practice.

  • Diagnosing skills and knowledge levels and setting priorities.
  • A learning plan combining remediation and enrichment by level.
  • Practice and activities for understanding, application, thinking and problem solving.
  • Ongoing assessment and re-measurement of the target knowledge and skills.

Delivery: self-learning, online, blended or school integration, depending on the group and the type of intervention.

Target outcome: higher mastery and better performance in the target skills, with support directed to the students who need it most.

Foundations of Reading and Writing

For lower-grade students who need to build or strengthen reading and writing skills, starting from each student's level.

  • Recognizing letters and their sounds and linking sound to symbol.
  • Blending sounds and reading syllables, words, then sentences suited to the level.
  • Understanding what is read and developing written expression gradually, with training in writing and dictation.

Live teaching with structured follow-up: live online lessons with specialist teachers; guided reading, modeling, interactive practice, short applications and feedback, with parents supporting the student in receiving instructions and responding. The plan tracks reading accuracy and comprehension and writing in the defined skills, and reviews mastery before moving on to the next skill.

Target outcome: a reading and writing foundation that helps the student understand and take part in school learning.

Foundations of English for Early Grades

For early-grade students starting to learn English, or who need to strengthen their foundation, after identifying the skills they already have.

  • Letters and their sounds, and linking them to level-appropriate words.
  • Basic vocabulary and expressions in situations familiar to the student.
  • Gradual listening, speaking, reading and writing according to the package plan.

Live teaching with structured follow-up: live online teaching with specialist teachers; pronunciation and dialogue models, audio and visual practice, and language applications suited to age and level. The plan tracks short tasks that show the student's ability to recognize, understand and use the language, and revisits skills that need more practice.

Target outcome: building confidence in first use of the language and a foundation that supports continued learning.

Foundations of the Four Arithmetic Operations

For lower-grade students who need to build an understanding of arithmetic operations or improve their accuracy, according to level and readiness.

  • Strengthening the concepts of number and place value needed for the operations.
  • Understanding addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and the relationships among them.
  • Moving gradually from concrete and visual representation to symbols and suitable word problems.

Live teaching with structured follow-up: live online lessons with specialist teachers; explaining the idea and representing it, guided practice and applied activities. The plan tracks understanding of each operation, accuracy of procedure and choosing the right operation, while addressing repeated errors and re-checking mastery.

Target outcome: understanding the four operations and using them with confidence and accuracy in level-appropriate tasks.

Nafes

For students and schools targeted in the national assessments, by grade and related domain; the program focuses on learning outcomes and target knowledge and skills.

  • Diagnosing readiness in the defined domains.
  • Practice linked to learning outcomes and target skills.
  • Mock tests and periodic assessments to read performance.
  • Analyzing results of students, sections and grades to set improvement priorities.

Delivery: self-learning or blended, with online support or school integration depending on the program scope.

Target outcome: stronger mastery of learning outcomes and readiness for the assessments, and support for the school's remediation and improvement decisions.

Qudurat, Tahsili and STEP

An independent track for the secondary stage, chosen by the student according to need and program goal, to prepare for university admission tests: verbal and quantitative training, Tahsili review, and STEP preparation.

Delivery: self-learning, live online teaching or a blended path, with practice, mock tests and progress follow-up.

Target outcome: better preparation for admission tests.

Advanced English Courses

Independent courses for advanced stages, defined by student level and the learning goal for developing English skills.

Delivery: online or blended teaching and training according to the group's level and goal, with follow-up on how language skills develop.

Target outcome: development of English language skills along the chosen path.

Competitions that Open Space for Knowledge and Innovation

For students and groups the association targets for developing talents, thinking and participation; competitions that link learning to an achievement that can be presented and discussed.

  • Reading, mathematics and achievement.
  • Nafes, Qudurat and Tahsili domains.
  • Digital domains.
  • Student projects and innovation.
  • Educational and volunteer initiatives.

Taseese handles registration, organization, digital tests, sorting, reports, results management and recognition. Projects and qualitative work are judged by people according to the project's criteria and scope.

Target outcome: developing knowledge, thinking, creativity and collaboration, showcasing talent and strengthening community participation.

Outputs in Every Program

Periodic progress reports (weekly, monthly or both) and a final report according to the program scope.

What Does the Student Know, and How Do They Use It?

Taseese reads each student's answers to questions classified by knowledge, skills and the six Bloom cognitive levels, to direct learning toward the real need: remembering (recalling information), understanding (interpreting meanings and concepts), applying (using knowledge), analyzing (identifying relationships and causes), evaluating (making justified judgments against criteria) and creating (producing ideas and solutions).

A student may remember a rule but need support in understanding it, applying it, or analyzing the relationships around it. This reading helps choose the right practice and guides remediation, enrichment and teacher decisions.

From Subject Results to a Reading of School Performance

The reading starts from the student's performance in a subject, then results are aggregated at section and grade level, and subject indicators contribute to reading the school's performance. School performance levels under the school evaluation framework of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission:

  • Readiness: below 50%
  • Launch: from 50% to below 75%
  • Progress: from 75% to below 90%
  • Excellence: 90% or more

Taseese's internal analysis supports improvement and readiness plans; it does not calculate the official classification or replace the Commission's evaluation.

A Monitoring Dashboard that Leads to Decisions

The institutions dashboard in the Taseese ecosystem shows a reading of performance according to the available data and permissions, and supports the periodic and final reports the association receives.

  • At the start: who needs support, and which knowledge and skills are the priority?
  • During learning: who is progressing, what has been mastered, and where do results differ across groups, sections and grades?
  • At the end: what was achieved in the target skills, and what are the recommendations for the next stage?
